REBATES
Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes:
- Air Sealing & Attic Insulation – 30% of total cost up to $450
- Wall Insulation – 30% of total cost up to $300 (walls must have no pre-existing insulation)
If you pay your gas utility bill to Centerpoint Energy you may qualify for the following rebates:
- Air Sealing Only – 30% of total cost up to $300
- Air Seal & Attic Insulation – 30% of total cost up to $500
- Wall Insulation – 30% of total cost up to $500 (existing insulation must be R-5 or less)
If you pay your gas utility bill to Minnesota Energy Resources, you may qualify the following rebates:
- Air Sealing & Attic Insulation – 50% of total cost up to $650
- Wall Insulation – 30% of total cost up to $425 (walls must have no pre-existing insulation)
